1- Inscription
All Inscriptions at one of our tours or programs imply the adherence to the totality of our Generals Conditions. All inscriptions should be accompanied by a transfer of the 25% of the total amount.
2- Hotels
We have selected several categories of hotels from 3* to 5*, including Clubs. It is a Local classification agreed by the National Tunisian Board of Tourism
3- Rooms
The reglements of International Hostelry necessity that clients should liberate rooms before 12h00 am of the departering day, some either the departure hour. The same rule for the arrival, rooms are assigned average 14h00, some either the arrival hour.
Triple or Quadruple Rooms: someone are spacious, the others are double rooms with an extra bed «it is very important for child discount»
4- Modifications of Circuits & Hotels
Same times, and for many reasons, we are obliged to change the mentioned hotels, in case of dislodgement, we try to do it before the arrival of clients and we maintain the same category.
Any refund can't be reclaimed, and at the same case, circuits by auto car or Land Rover, we can modify the direction of the circuit but all visits, steps and program would be respected.
5- Formalities
Tunisian Travel Team, is not responsible in case that the clients can not be able of the health control, of custom, or police. At the time of inscription, only the Tunisian Consulates in foreign countries are able to give the client the exactly information.
In Case where the customers will not have their visa to enter to Tunisia no refunding will be effectuated.
6- Child discount
Under 02 years: Food will be paid in place by parents.
-From 02 to 12 years: all discounts will be indicated at the time of the reservation.
All this is valuable for journey in hotels or circuits or other products.
7- Drinks
Some hotels offer including there arrangement of pension a 1/4 of win.
Only in some case they precise "one bottle of 70 cl of win for 04 persons per meal.
8- Modification of journey or circuit
a - Before the arrival: all modification of name, date of journey, is considered as cancellation, and a new reservation. Please refer to the cancellation conditions.
b - During the journey: all modification expenses without any force major, will be in charge of the clients or after the agreement of the TO.
9- Cancellation Conditions
a - plus of 30 days before the departure …….......25 euro per person including children.
b - Between 30 & 21 days before departure………… 25% of the total amount of the travel per person.
c - From 20 to 08 days before departure ……………..50% of the total amount of the travel per person.
d - From 07 to 02 days before departure…………...…75% of the total amount of the travel per person.
e - Less then 48 hours before departure………………… the total amount of the Travel will be discerned.
10- Payment
An account of 30% of the total amount of the travel will be paid at the confirmation. The rest of the amount will be paid 15 days before the arrival date.
In case when the amount is not transferred at the agree date, the client will be considered as if he was cancelled his journey, without prevailing of this cancellation.
For all commend coming in less than 15 days, a total payment is required.
